The following policies apply to all Pro Limousine & Transportation customers: This page outlines the Terms and Conditions. Please read this page carefully.
ANY DEPOSITS (cash, checks or credit card authorization) will be non-refundable for any reasons, if a cancellation occurs from renter's side.
Waiting Time (Point to point transfers):
Waiting time begins 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time . After 15 minutes, waiting time is retroactive to the scheduled . Waiting Time charges are assessed hourly.
Cancellations must be made to a live operator. E-mail or voice mail cancellations are NOT valid and you may be charged. When you cancel a reservation please make sure that you receive an email cancellation notice which will show your cancellation number, time you cancelled and date. This will assured you that your cancellation was accepted as per our cancellation policy and you will not be charge in FULL PRICE AS CONTRACTED.
We Reserve the Right
Pro Limousine reserves the right to cancel any service without refund if the chauffeur or the office feels the renting party or any one member of the renting party is endangering the rest of the said party and/or if the renting party is in possession of any illegal substances. Absolutely no Minors will be allowed to have possession of any kind of alcohol and/or illegal substances. The service can be cancelled without refund. There are no exceptions.
We accept cash major credit cards or checks "with proper ID," The credit card provided at the time of booking will be charged unless other arrangements are made, approved and documented by both parties. If you are paying by check, checks must be delivered to Professional Limousine & Transportation one week before service to make sure all payments have time to process before the limousine departs to its pickup location(s).
Paying with Cash
At the time of booking this must be made clear and documented in the reservation that you receive, that on the day of service you would like to pay the balance in cash. All transactions are billed to the credit card provided unless it is clearly stated on the reservation that cash on the day of service is expected. This MUST be in writing or the credit card provided will be charged. You must pay the amount due, no more, no less otherwise it will be accounted for as an extra tip for the driver.
Full fair including gratuity, will be billed if a cancellation occurs less then 6 hours before the scheduled pick up time or flight arrival. Full fare, including gratuity will be billed if the passenger fails to be at the designated driver meeting area. If you cannot locate your driver, call Professional Limousine & Transportation at 401-454-5466. To avoid being charged as a No-Show, do not leave your location without communicating with Professional Limousine & Transportation. No show charges may apply to any late cancellations or dismissal of vehicle. No Show Charges: Passenger will be charged the full amount for no show pick ups. If no call is made to cancel reservation, confirmed by or office, and driver shows up for pick up, you will be charged for the full fare if you do not arrive. Professional Limousine & Transportation is not responsible for service delayed or not rendered due to weather or other circumstances beyond its control. Professional Limousine & Transportation does not guarantee vehicle availability or price for reservation changes.
Pro Limousine & Transportation provides 30 minutes (45 minutes for Intl. Arrivals requiring customs clearance) of free wait time on each Airport Arrival Transfer for you to deplane and pick-up your luggage. If you do not meet your Chauffeur or call us within 30 minutes (45 minutes for Intl. Arrivals) of your plane landing we will consider you a "no-show" and you will be charged in full for the reservation. Be Sure To Call !!!
Pro Limousine & Transportation does not guarantee vehicle availability or pricing for reservation changes. Vehicle availability is on a first come first serve basis.
SmokingThere is no smoking in any vehicle. Any passenger found smoking in the vehicle will be asked to extinguish the cigar/cigarette, and Customer will be subject to a $100 charge for each incident. In the event of any physical damage to the limousine caused by Customer or any passenger, there will be a minimum additional charge of $300.00 for the repair.
VIP Line Privileges
VIP Line Privileges allow the clients to skip the regular line of entry into any Nightclub or Venue that has your name on the guest list under Pro Limousine at the door. VIP line privileges are based upon availability. When a venue is SOLD OUT or at club capacity, Professional Limousine is in no way responsible for your groups RSVP. To confirm a time that guarantees you admission and that the venue will not be sold out, please see your VIP liaison. Professional Limousine only warrants that we will give your group VIP line privileges by adding your groups limousine reservation name to the venues guest list within 24 hours of booking your limousine reservation. For last minute limousine reservations please see your VIP contact concerns. After we have recorded your name on the venues guest list It is then your responsibility to confirm with the venue that your reservation name is on the guest list. If, after you confirm your name on the guest list, for some reason, your name is taken off the guest list, Professional Limousine is not responsible for your VIP admission. Only the venue should and will be responsible for their actions.
VIP admission at many clubs means FREE ADMISSION. At many it also means REDUCED COVER, saving you a minimum of $5.00 - $15.00 per person. To confirm what clubs offer FREE ADMISSION and what clubs offer REDUCED ADMISSION please see your VIP liaison. Please note that VIP List at nightclubs may close down anytime from 10PM to midnight. Professional Limousine in no way assumes any liability at all for the admission of any person. Professional Limousine only warrants that we will give your group VIP admission by adding your groups limousine reservation name to the venues guest list within 24 hours of booking your limousine reservation. For last minute limousine reservations please see your VIP liaison for concerns. After we have recorded your name on the venues guest list it is then your responsibility to confirm with the venue that your reservation name is on the guest list. If, after you confirm your name on the guest list, for some reason, your name is taken off the guest list, Professional limousine in no way will be responsible for your VIP admission. Only the venue should and therefore will be responsible for their actions.
If a Venue decides to change performers, DJ's or any other advertised guest, Pro Limousine is not responsible.
When you visit www.professionallimos.com or communicate to Pro Limousine & Transportation via electronic device, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically until further notice. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other electronic communications that we provide to you can and will satisfy any legal requirement that such communications may need to be in writing.
Pro Limousine & Transportation will not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including weather, road conditions and breakdowns. Pro Limousine & Transportation reserves the right to substitute a vehicle in the event, for reasons beyond our control, is unable to perform under this agreement, its liability is limited to making up lost time at a mutually agreed date, and shall not exceed that or of the deposit paid. Please be aware if cancellation is made there will be no refund of deposit monies. Professional Limousine & Transportation assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle. Be sure to ask if there are any items prohibited from being brought in to the vehicles, this is your responsibility.
While every effort is made to ensure specified times are met, if the limousine is late in excess of 30 minutes due to unforeseen traffic, uncontrollable weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, the customer has the option to cancel the service and receive a full refund on the unused portion of the trip. However, if the clients chooses to still take the service, then no compensation may be claimed.
Pro Limousine & Transportation will not be held responsible for any injuries caused by alcohol consumption, intoxication or failure to wear a seatbelt. All vehicles are equipped with proper safty precautions and exceed the State of Rhode Islands requirements.
Concerning the safety of children we do provide in our service FREE child seat (when requested)
It is the responsibility of the renting party to insure that children are looked after before during and after transport. The Limousine service will not be held liable for a child not in proper restraint equipment and or any injury that my occur from it not being used properly. Please plan ahead and use common sense.
Customer understands that Company does not tolerate fraudulent charge backs or frivolous disputes/claims and will proceed to collect by any means necessary.
Customer is responsible for charge back fees consisting of attorney's fees, fees for collection agencies or third party intervention if client fraudulently charges back or does not pay monies owed. If Customer charges back fraudulently, client will owe charge back fees plus amount owed. Company will report any outstanding balances to the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, Trans Union.) as a delinquent collection account. If a charge back is attempted to recover a deposit that was lost, all the above will apply.
We here at Pro Limousine strive for professionalism and responsibility for our clients of all ages. We do not and will not supply dancing/”Stripper Poles” in chauffeur vehicles from Pro Limousine intended for prom children. If you would like a chauffeur vehicle from Pro Limousine for prom or any other underage event, poles will be removed or you will be supplied with a vehicle without a dancing/”Stripper Pole”. We take full liability for the safety and appropriateness of underage children and events. As mothers and fathers; we take the responsibility of your children very serious.
With high summer temperatures, the heat index can making everybody miserable. Please consider the following:
The size and power of the stationary commercial Air Conditioning unit (that can be found in any home or commercial building) is by far more powerful that any AC system that can be found in a given vehicle (even if it works properly).
Long idle times are a risk for any vehicle in hot temperatures.
In summary, we would like to assure our customers that we do our best to maintain limousines in top mechanical shape; every vehicle is checked prior to dispatch. NO matter how hard we work, some factors are out of our control: weather, traffic, state of the roads.
Some Q & A
Q: If, I place a reservation for a set amount of hours, but after pick-up I realize I require less time; will I be charged for the full hours that I rented ?
A: Yes, Hourly rates are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for.
Q: I want to cancel my service (non-airport) the same day I am to be picked up, will I be charged?
A: Yes, If you book a limo service and decide to cancel on the day of the service (non-airport)... you will be charged a full rate.
Q: I want a stripper pole in my vehicle for my prom, my parents said its okay. Can I have one?
A: No! We here at Professional Limousine adhear to professional and ethical standards and will not allow a dancing/"Stripper Poles" in prom vehicles.
Q: I want to cancel my Airport Service the same day I am to be picked up, will I be charged?
A: Any airport reservation canceled within a (4) hour period of the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a full charge for the quoted price including Base Rate, Driver Gratuity, and any accumulated expenses.
Q: My credit card was charged but I wanted to pay cash.
A: At the time of booking this must be made clear and documented in the reservation that on the day of service you would like to pay the balance in cash. All transactions are billed to the credit card provided, unless it is clearly stated on the reservation that cash the day of service is expected.
Q: I booked a service and gave a deposit. Later, I decided to cancel the reservation. Can I get the deposit back?
A: All deposits are non refundable.
Q: My friends trashed the limo, would I be held responsible for any damages done?
A: Yes! As the "Limousine Rentee" you are responsible for any damages and/or excessive messes that is left by the renting party. You (Billing Rentee) also will be charged for any damages, parts or any down time "Garage Time" of the vehicle.

Accuracy of your information is essential to a successful and safe trip; It is You "The Client" Responsibility to insure that the information provided on YOUR reservation is accurate before the initial pickup. Our staff and Chauffeurs can only go by the information provided to us by “The Client”.
